MLB Postseason

I realize that predicting who will make the postseason at this point is a bit like shooting something point blank with a shotgun, but here goes:

NL East Winner - Philadelphia Phillies - the Mets will fade down the stretch, and the Phillies will continue to roll into the postseason
NL Central Winner - Chicago Cubs (already clinched)
NL West Winner - Los Angeles Dodgers - the Dodgers just have to have some combination of wins and Arizona losses adding up to 5 in the last 9 games of the season, and they're playing well of late
NL Wild Card - Milwaukee Brewers (the only real stretch here) - the Mets will fade (see above) and the Brewers will do enough to squeak into the playoffs

AL East Winner - Tampa Bay Rays (already clinched a playoff spot, not division)
AL Central Winner - Chicago White Sox - same situation as the Dodgers, but the Twins are going to be left out in this division
AL West Winner - Los Angeles Angels (already clinched)
AL Wild Card - Boston Red Sox - barring a catastrophic collapse and the Yankees rattling off a winning streak to close out the season, the Sox are going back to the postseason to defend their crown
